Listening and Acting - 09 Survey Results
As part of our commitment to on-going development and modernisation, the GAI and IAI recently ran membership surveys; the initial findings were released at the Education Awards Lunch 2009 and can be seen below.
There were plenty of constructive comments and without a doubt, visible changes and improvements were reported by those who completed the survey.
Outlined in the documents below are comprehensive analyses and an action plan which addresses each GAI and IAI area of development, outlining what has already been achieved and what the plans are for the future.
